2018 Booth Selection Process
Booth space is now available for ASTRA's 2018 Marketplace & Academy. The trade show floor is already 84% sold out so ACT NOW!
Follow These 4 Steps to Request a Booth Space:
- View the online floor plan below which will show available and sold booth spaces in real time: http://www.expocadweb.com/18astra/ec/forms/attendee/index5.aspx?mode=sales#fpPanel

- Click on your first booth choice, then select “Request Booth”.
Note: 5’ x 10’ (half) booths are ONLY available for new, first-time ASTRA exhibitors with 5 or less product lines/types (no exceptions) and are currently sold out. To join the waitlist for a 5' x 10', click here.
- Complete the “Booth Space Request” form and include your top 4 booth preferences and desired booth size(s). Please note: You will NOT receive an automated email confirmation. After hitting "Submit", the window will close which indicates a successful submission.
- ASTRA will contact you within 2 business days to confirm receipt of your request. After you are assigned a booth you will receive an email with instructions to login to your Digital Booth to complete the following immediately, but no later than five business days:
- Your online 2018 Exhibition Contract
- Pay your booth in full via credit card online or mailed check
Booth space requests will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. ASTRA will do its best to accommodate booth preferences; however, requests are not guaranteed. No refunds are given for cancellations April 1 or later.
