Ancillary Meeting Requests

ASTRA’s Marketplace & Academy brings together over 3,500 toy industry professionals committed to changing the world through the power play. This presents a prime opportunity for affiliates of ASTRA – exhibitors, corporate supporters, ASTRA members, service providers, industry and nonprofit organizations – to hold meetings and events in connection with the four-day ASTRA Marketplace & Academy.

ASTRA encourages affiliates to take advantage of this opportunity, and has established a set of guidelines to be followed when planning and hosting ancillary meetings during ASTRA’s Marketplace & Academy. All ancillary meetings held in conjunction with ASTRA Marketplace & Academy must adhere to these guidelines, regardless of the meeting location.
