Register Booth Personnel for Badges

Every exhibitor is allotted COMPLIMENTARY Full Conference Registration(s) based on their booth size. Each 10' x 10' receives two (2) complimentary full conference registrations and each 10' x 5' booth receives one (1) complimentary full conference registration. 

For example, an exhibitor with a 10' x 20' booth receives four (4) complimentary full conference registrations.

Additional full conference registrations, above your allocated complimentary amount, can be purchased for $199/person.

Full Conference registration includes access to all of the educational sessions, networking events, including the Opening Reception, meal functions and trade show floor. Meal functions include four (4) breakfasts, four (4) lunches and our Sunday night Opening Reception with full dinner buffet and drink ticket.

Exhibitors are also able to register booth personnel with access to the Trade Show Floor ONLY at no additional cost until May 31. Trade Show Floor Only badges purchased June 1 through the show dates will be charged $30.  A trade show floor only registration includes complimentary access to the trade show floor only. It also includes a complimentary lunch voucher on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to be used at the ASTRA Food Court on the trade show floor. All booth personnel MUST be registered.

Exhibitors can also register staff solely assisting with set-up and/or dismantle as Setup & Dismantle Staff. This badge type will only be allowed onto the trade show floor on Saturday and Sunday for set-up and Wednesday evening for booth dismantle.


To register, select your company name and enter your organization ID number as the password.
This is the same password as your digital booth login through Expocad.

Cancellations and Refund Policy
To cancel your registration, please call the ASTRA office at (312) 222-0984. A $75 processing fee will be charged for any purchased full conference registration cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations postmarked after May 1, 2019. All refunds will be issued within 90 days after the convention. No refunds will be provided for purchased trade show only registration cancellations. Registrations are non-transferable. 

On-Site Badge Pick-Up Policy:
  • A valid photo ID and business card are required for badge pick-up.
  • Only personnel affiliated with the exhibiting company and working the booth may be registered.
  • Only one badge pick-up per person. Group badge pick-up is strictly prohibited.
  • Name badges may not be shared.
