Booth Details

$2,000 per 10’ x 10’ booth reserved for ASTRA members; $3,000 per 10’ x 10’ for non-members. There is a $300 corner charge.


Payment Schedule

A nonrefundable deposit payment in the amount of 50% of the total cost of the reserved booth space is due with application. Applications not confirmed with deposit will not be processed and booth space will not be reserved. The balance of the space rental charge will become due and payable on January 31, 2020.

New Players Park

Are you a first-time ASTRA exhibitor? Back by popular demand, the New Players Park Pavilion, designed for smaller manufacturers, is a fun, unique way to showcase your new-to-market product(s) to qualified buyers in a highly visible part of the exhibit hall. Simplify your planning with a New Players Park booth package that includes carpeting and basic booth furnishings - no need to opt in.



5' x 10' Half Booth

(for companies with 5 or less products/SKUs)

$1,350 for ASTRA members

$1,850 for non-members


10' x 10' Booth

$2,000 for ASTRA members

$3,000 for non-members


There is a $300 corner charge.



Space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis to qualifying companies only. Each application submitted for the New Players Park will be reviewed by ASTRA against eligibility criteria and applicants will be notified of approval status via email. To apply for space in the New Players Park, submit an application for consideration here. The park is highlighted in orange on the floor plan.
